- I have been a professional meteorologist and surf forecaster since 1999 and have worked for many of the popular surf sites like Surfline, Wavewatch, and Fuel.TV. Currently I am forecasting for my own blog, Socalsurf.com, which is focused on providing easy-to-understand, and hopefully entertaining, surf forecasts for the Southern California region.
While I specialize in mostly Pacific Ocean forecasts (Hawaii, Pacific NW, California, Mexico, Central America, and South America.) I do keep close tabs on global conditions and will occasionally produce forecasts for random locations worldwide.
